We base ourselves on the famous Porter model, also known as the "five forces model", which we integrate with specific analyses of the sector and the company's operative capacities on the market (value chain model), as well as with "customer centric" studies (such as Hax and Wilde's Delta Model). 

The aim of this phase is to measure the company's current state of health as well as its potential on the market of reference, in order to plan targeted and attainable actions.
