Stefano Giovanzani

Stefano Giovanzani (Milan, 1961) after graduating in Economics from Luigi Bocconi University began his career in large-scale retailing at Generale Supermercati (SME Group).

In 1991 he was appointed by Barilla as National Key Account and later as Trade Marketing Manager for the cookies and industrial confectionery division. In 1995, he was part of the operations cycle reengineering group and at the end he became involved in international development (Iberian Peninsula and UK) and international negotiations (Auchan, Carrefour, Tengelmann).

From 2000 to 2008 he developed the HORECA channel with specific projects in Italy and abroad, the main ones being: Accor (F), Autogrill (I), Elior (F), Starwood (I) and Tank und Rast (D). In 2004 he assumed the responsibility for European sales for the HORECA channel.

Since 2009 he has been founder and CEO of QUALITYFOODSOLUTION Srl, which has developed foreign sales projects for several food companies and developed catering projects.
He lives in Modena in the Food Valley together with his family.
