Stefania Minozzi (Modena, 1981) graduated in Communications at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia (specialisation in Corporate Communication). Immediately after, she entered Maserati as Customer Care Specialist, managing owners of vehicles brandishing the world's most famous trident.
Between 2005 and 2006 she worked as a consultant for Sport System Europe, a company specialised in sports marketing. She also completed a Master in Marketing & CRM at the Stogea Business School.
In 2006 she was appointed Customer Care Manager & CRM Specialist at Ferrari. In 2008 she transferred to the Marketing Intelligence department as Market Research Manager.
As Temporary Manager, in 2011 she dedicated herself to the growth of the Communications & PR department at Conad, managing all Digital Marketing activities.
She entered BKey Consulting in 2011, where she mostly focuses on strategic marketing, CRM, customer relations and the definition of areas for company improvement, for clients including Ferrari SpA and Dulevo International SpA.
