Leonardo Greco (Florence, 1972) graduated in business economics at the University of Florence and completed his training by attending a course in Category Management at the SDA Bocconi School of Management, Milan.
He made his career début within the sales area at SC Johnson, a multinational of the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, followed by experiences in Trade Marketing, then in the Marketing & Business Development areas.
In 2004 he was appointed European Brand Manager of Castrol, by British Petroleum. Two years later he was appointed Senior Category Manager at Manetti & Roberts.
He entered Bormioli Rocco in 2009, where he was appointed to several positions, culminating in International Sales Manager for exports to Eastern Europe and the Russian area.
In 2014, during the restructuring of Sigma S.p.A., he was nominated Export Director and within a context similar to that of a start-up, he created a team from scratch, developed instruments and processes to favour department growth.
A year later he stepped away from company life to start up his own consulting firm, focused on the internationalisation of SMEs.
In 2013, after attending a Creative Leadership course at THNK (Amsterdam), he became part of an international network of Social Innovators dedicated to working on high-social impact innovation projects.
At BKey Consulting he mostly works in Sales & Marketing, as ad interim Marketing Director for Dulevo International SpA.
